The following are the terms and conditions for the sale of goods by us and replace any previous terms and conditions. 

General Waiver of Liability

Tails of Fantasy products and toys are intended for adult use only. 

It is your responsibility to use the products safely and within your capabilities. Tails of Fantasy toys and tails are provided without any guarantee or warranty. Tails of Fantasy makes no representations or warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific or general purpose and those arising by statute or law, or from a cause of dealing with or usage of goods.

Tails of Fantasy cannot be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any kind, whether arising under breach of contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether based on this agreement or otherwise.

No Returns

All of our products are final sale. You may inspect your new toy upon delivery, and document and report faulty items for immediate refund or replacement.  Because of the nature of our products, we will not accept returns for any other reason, besides defects upon delivery. 

If you receive a defective product, email us at Support@tailsoffantasy.com.  Please make the subject of your email “Defective Item”, and include documentation of the defective item.  Acceptable documentation includes video of photo evidence, with image resolution of at least 300 dpi.  

Personal Health and Safety

Tails of Fantasy only uses the highest quality materials to manufacture our products.  The insertable toy is made of only body compatible materials and was designed with comfort and safety in mind.  Do not insert the toy past the safety stopper.  Do not exert sudden or intense force on the toy while in use.  

Availability of Goods

We strive to fulfill orders within 1 to 5 business days of receiving an order.  Shipping times will then depend on which option you select at checkout. 

Delivery 

Tails of Fantasy is no longer responsible for your package once it is shipped.  We offer shipping options for every budget, but it is the responsibility of the courier service you select to deliver your package.  It is your responsibility, as the consumer, to list the correct address for delivery.  We are not responsible for mis-delivered or stolen packages.  We endeavor to pack our products in such a way as to mitigate damage incurred via shipping, but we are not responsible for damage to the packaging once it has gone out for delivery.
